Created and sold by the Jigoshop plugin developers, this is a minimalist HTML 5 theme that you can count on to be fully compatible with the Jigoshop ecommerce plugin and serves as an excellent theme framework for own customized themes.
The price is a bit steep at $79, but keep in mind that you get the plugin for free, the theme can be used on unlimited sites, and by purchasing a theme from them you will help continue the success and development of the plugin.
Again, this is another theme from Jigoshop that can be great as-is or be used as a base framework for your own theme customization.
Canvas Commerce
If you like to be able to control things like fonts, colors, columns, and more without touching a line of code, then the Canvas Commerce is a good choice. It does however require the WooThemes Canvas Theme as a parent theme. A great choice for someone who already uses Canvas and wants to add shopping cart functionality easily.
Genesis Commerce
If you are a fan of StudioPress Genesis Framework, you also have some choices! The Genesis Child Theme could be an excellent theme to use for developing an online shop with this popular theme framework. It requires that you of course have the Genesis Framework however.
Sommerce Jigoshop Ready WordPress Theme
This is a flexible parent theme framework available on ThemeForest with many color schemes and styling options out of the box – not to mention many extra features such as 6 featured content sliders, presentation options, custom background and more. For only $40 it is extremely affordable and flexible for creating an eCommerce site quickly and easily.
If you find you like this theme, but want a different style to it, the theme developer also has several several child skins to go along with it.

Animal House Jigoshop WordPress Theme 
This is a unique ecommerce/photo gallery hybrid WordPress theme with pet stores and pet adoption organizations in mind but could work for a number of different types of stores with a little tweaking. Complete with a unique photo gallery on the homepage, 15 custom backgrounds, and an extensive theme options panel, it’s definitely one to check out.
